UK Delivery
We now ship all UK parcels via Collect plus, this is a service that allows us to drop the parcel off at many local locations for collection later that day or the following day. Collect Plus www.collectplus.co.uk is owned and operated by HDNL (Home Delivery Network) also known as Yodel which incorporates DHL UK. Confusing as
it may seem, this is one of the largest and most reliable couriers in the UK. Parcels usually take 3 working days to arrive, although we can't guarantee it.
UK Local to you Collection option
There is an option to have the parcel sent to a local shop near your home or place or work. This is handy if you are unlikely to be in when they deliver. You will get a text or email to let you know when it is ready to collect, most of the locations are open from as early as 6am up to 11pm at night, 7 days a week. All you need to do is let me know which shop you want me to send it to on the delivery options when you check out. To find your local shop visit www.collectplus.co.uk and pop your home of work postcode into the 'Find Your Local Shop' box. International Delivery
We will ship internationally, however you will need to us with details of your requirements and your location so we can get a quotation for you. The cost various dramatically depending on size and weight of parcel as well as location. Often the cost for sending 5 frames would be the same or very little different from sending one.
Once we have confirmed the shipping cost, you would need to place the order within 7 days as they prices are changing frequently. We use various couriers for this based on the best price, always ensuring that we are using recognised reliable couriers. The quoted courier charge needs to be added to your order by clicking the 'Buy Now' button for the relevant amount.
We only accept returns that are faulty or damaged. While we pack everything very carefully our friends at Royal Mail/DHL don't love our parcels as much as we do. In the event that you have a problem with the parcel please contact us before you do anything else.
If the
parcel is damaged when it arrives before you have opened it, it would be useful if you could photograph the package unopened, this will help with our claim against the Royal Mail/Courier. We will endeavour to put the situation right as quickly as possible. Although this may be too late, when signing for the parcel if you state that is was damaged next to your signature it also helps with the claim.
